+ How long is my booking slot?
We offer two different slots, which are either 60 minutes or 30 minutes (55 minutes or 25 minutes exercise, with 5 minutes entry and exiting time).
Please do not enter the site until the person before you has left. There is space to wait just before the gates on the right hand side. If someone is late leaving please do call us.
+ How do I gain entry?
Once you receive an email booking confirmation, the gate code will be on the email for you to gain entry. Please enter the field through the personnel gate on the left hand side.
+ Do you provide water?
Yes a mains tap is situated in the field with a bowl for you to top up, however feel free to bring your own dog bowl.
+ How many car spaces do you have?
We can fit 4 cars in the secure parking area, however if you require additional parking please do contact us.
+ What is the fencing like, and how secure is it?
We have used 6ft dog fencing wire to secure the area, a dog will not be able to climb through the gaps, however due to being in the countryside wildlife may dig under our wire, if noticed please do call us and report this issue. The field is checked regularly, however it is your responsibility to ensure you are satisfied the field is secure enough for your dogs.
+ Can I come with friends and family?
Yes we have created Woolpit Dog park for everyone to enjoy and relax.
+ Is there lighting provided?
No, if your booking is in the dark, we recommend you using light up collars for the dogs.
+ Do you offer discounts?
From time to time we will have special offers, keep an eye out for them.
