Please read the following terms and conditions. By booking a time slot to use Woolpit Dog Park you are agreeing the terms and conditions outlined below.

You will receive the gate code to access the dog park in your confirmation email. The gate code will change regularly. Do not share the gate code with anyone else, and please lock the gate after exiting the field.

Bookings:

Bookings are non-transferable. Refundable up to 48hours before time slot. If for any reason we have to cancel your booking, a full refund will be made

Vehicles:

Vehicles and contents are left at the owners risk. Woolpit dog park takes no responsibility for any incidents that occur on the property.

Do not enter until its your booking and the previous person has left.

Dogs:

Please make sure your dog is fully vaccinated before attending, and that the dog is healthy. Please ensure you have your own insurance for your dog. The dog park is outside, the ground can crack and be uneven. Woolpit dog park takes no responsibility. Please clean up after your dog.

Fencing:

The fencing has been put up by professionals, however we cant avoid wildlife digging under the fence, so please check before letting your dogs off-lead. We regularly check the fencing, however if there is an issue please contact us immediately. 

Important Stuff:

Use of the field is entirely at your own risk. Woolpit Dog park accepts no liability for the death of or any injury of any person or dog, or for damage to your property. Woolpit dog park also accepts no liability for any losses, claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses or other liability incurred whilst onsite. Your and your dogs' behaviour and actions are your sole responsibility and no claim can be made against Woolpit Dog Park.

You are liable for any damage caused inside and outside of the field by you, your dog(s) or any person in your party. All dogs must be covered under their own third party insurance (public liability insurance). This is usually included in your pet insurance.

We are located in a rural setting amongst working farmland. Therefore please be aware of agricultural vehicles, sounds of neighbouring dogs, gunshots and bird scarers. Please assess the suitability for your own dog or contact us for more information.

Privacy: 

Woolpit Dog park is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We hold your personal information in order to provide you with a service and for internal record keeping. Your name is needed to track payments and your email address is needed to send you the gate access code. If you opt in to receive news updates from us, you have the option to opt out at any time. We will never pass your information to any third party. By processing your booking and indicating that you would like to receive further information from us, you consent to us using your personal information in the above ways.
